In this role, the Junior Financial Analyst will prepare analyses and reports, forecast, and support the annual budget process, monthly financial planning, and quarterly review.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze current and past trends and forecast in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Support Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan process
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives such as pricing, inflation, variable cost productivity
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Work with key stakeholders such as sales, operations and commercial to understand impacts to business as credit strategy is adjusted and find the balance between risk taking and profitability

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 0-1 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of finance systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, PowerBI)
• High standards of accuracy and precision; organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
