Location: Danvers, MA, USA, 01923

Duration: 9 Months contract (Temp to Hire)

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Shif: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Description:

Job Description: Our Clerical Staff are key members of our team. They provide the highest levels of customer service by providing assistance with administrative and accounting duties. QUALIFICATIONS* Good communication skills* Good analytical skills* Strong math skills,* Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word* Positive attitude* Self starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Desk Reception, Answering Phones, Matching invoices to credit cards, Set employees up with Safety trainings and Coordinate Safety Audit. Assist with accounting tasks. Tracking computer equipment. New Position so additional tasks may be added.
