Title: Investment Operations Specialist (Financial Services)
Experience: 2 years of Accounting experience from Financial Services
Location: Saint Paul, MN (hybrid, 1-3 days on-site)

• Performs a variety of operational duties for assigned areas of Accounting Control and Funding Operations.
• Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of funding transactions for the department and related broker/dealer entities.
• Researches and resolves operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
• Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.
• Processes various account entries, ensures totals balance and prepare correcting adjustments as needed.
• Balance/reconcile cash accounts and security positions.
• Creates and prepares routine financial reports.
• Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.
• Looking for a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Office experience/knowledge needed: Outlook, Teams, and Excel (intermediate experience).
• Experience in Microsoft Access preferred.
• TOP REQUIREMENTS: Financial services/accounting experience, attention to detail, ability to multi-task/prioritize.
• PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience with a broker/dealer, business related college degree, accounting/reconciliation background.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
