Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Purpose of Position:

Provides new Team Members support and is the liaison between the Orientation Partners, Team Members, and Training Partners. This position reports directly to the Talent Scheduler.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform a variety of administrative functions to plan, organize, implement, and accomplish department day-to-day functions and goals, supporting the onboarding of new Team Members.

Track and monitor orientation checklists for all Team Members.

Coordinate and schedule orientation, to include ordering and stocking food items, keeping SMEs on schedule, etc.

• Ensure orientation stays on schedule
• Provide Team Members direction to assigned and scheduled floor tours/time
• Maintain accurate records of training for all participants in orientation
• Schedule translation assignments, when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years experience in an office setting or working in a management support position with customer service and data entry responsibility
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work w/various computer systems
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
• Ability to effectively present in front of large groups
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Basic math aptitude
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to promote a positive atmosphere
