Job description
RightMove Properties is seeking a part-time Project Manager to oversee and support various capital improvement projects across our multifamily portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing and/or overseeing light construction projects for repair or remodeling. These disciplines include framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete, flooring, tiling, etc.
The Project Manager will work directly with RightMove team members, vendors and independent contractors to ensure the project is completed in a safe and efficient manner, while also ensuring quality and best practices.
Requirements
- The ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify best practices and solutions.
- Maintaining project organization.
- Ordering supplies and coordinating delivery or pickup.
- The ability to read and understand plans/blueprints.
- Understand construction sequencing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire and ability to train others.
- Microsoft Word & Excel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
