Overview:

The PART-TIME Path Worker is a family advocate and will be responsible for providing parent education and support services to families for the purposes of reunification, prevention, and family preservation through our PATH Program.

Essential Functions:

• Assessing family safety and reporting any concerns regarding the safety of children to supervisor immediately.
• Collaborating with referral source to develop a plan in meeting program requirements and services provided for each client.
• Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and families.
• Scheduling and coordinating visits and transportation of clients and families
• Applying advanced knowledge of child welfare techniques to independently assess the quality and appropriateness of services being provided to each family
• Providing an environment which promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulations.
• Inputting information into the electronic databases.

Job Qualifications:

• ​Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• 1 year of experience working with children and families

Job Type: Part-time

• Monday to Friday
