Paving Crew Member/Laborer - $1,500 Sign-on bonus

Leacock Paving LLC is looking for experienced and entry-level Crew Members & Drivers. We provide asphalt paving for residential, agricultural, and commercial properties. We are a faith-based company that values our team and our customers. We focus on doing excellent work built to last, prioritizing customer service. Our Ideal Paving Crew Member:

• Experienced: On-the-job training available to entry-level laborers, but experience using equipment, driving a pickup truck and trailer, and/or working on a paving crew is a plus!
• Safety Minded: Aware of your surroundings as you operate the equipment.
• Friendly: Enjoys being part of a team and working with others.
• Respectful: We work at homes, farms, and businesses and respect them in our language and actions. We strive for positive and clean-cut work culture.
• Dependable: Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
• Team Player: Driven to contribute to the team. Good people skills. Humble.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., operate equipment, and do the physical work associated with paving. Able to pass a drug test and pre-employment physical.
