California Animal Rehabilitation (CARE) is looking for a full-time Pet Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Our state-of-the-art 8,000 square foot facility in west L.A. represents the gold standard in pet physical rehabilitation.
Treatments available include acupuncture and physical therapy, in addition to usage of the most up-to-date technology, including lasers and Pulsed Signal Therapy. Overnight and day boarding are also offered.
As a Pet Therapy Assistant you will be an indispensable asset to veterinarians and the physical therapy team, restraining pets for services and administering the highest level of care. Every day at CARE is rewarding - come help us improve the quality of pets' lives!
Applicants must have: previous animal care experience, ability to restrain large pets and lift up to 50lbs., communication and computer skills, and a capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment. Kennel experience is a plus.
Experience in a veterinary setting is helpful but not required.
