The Cigna Pharmacy Process Engineer Advisor will support cross functional teams to deliver strategic pharmacy initiatives aligning to activities associated with E2E Process Mapping. This is in support of our internal operational functions as well as services integrated with external suppliers focused on people, process and technology. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex projects involving an array of stakeholder groups including external vendor partners, internal business units, IT delivery teams, and other matrix partners.

Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer Advisor position will employ process engineering standards per Cigna Pharmacy Operating Effectiveness Playbook for process modeling.
Work with operational/functional leaders to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage improvement roadmap for functional areas.
The role will support a project entailing process modeling from start to finish, investigate and identify root causes of process performance drivers; correct or develop and document new processes to achieve improved performance.
Facilitate cross-functional process improvement and act as a change agent and ensure process improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization.

Qualifications:
In order to be considered, you must be highly motivated, driven to succeed, have proven leadership skills and have demonstrated expertise in managing large scale IT and Business delivery in a matrixed environment. You are an accomplished Process Engineer who can motivate change as well as a strategic thinker who understands the big picture.
Skilled in End-to-End Process Mapping.
Experienced in Healthcare/Pharmacy domain experience/ knowledge is a must.
Proficient in Visio and/or Confluence process mapping.
4 + years of project management /process engineering experience.
Well-honed consulting skills, enabling the partnership with others to effectively elicit information from stakeholders.
Think objectively and analytically and able to influence outcomes positively.
Fact-based problem solver with the ability to evaluate alternative courses of action and make sound management decisions.
Experience with cross-functional initiatives, with a high degree of complexity.
Demonstrates ability to influence and problem-solve across various Lines of Business.
Highly Collaborative; experience working with cross functional initiatives, with a high degree of complexity to deliver a defined set of outcomes and objectives.
Partners well with others; motivates teams to move things forward and overcome obstacles when needed, acts as a change agent.
Ability to become a champion for change and influence widespread adoption of new process and or tools.
Ability to develop trusting working partnerships with internal and external business and technology partners.
Partner with Cigna Pharmacy leadership to support process impacts for emerging programs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Experienced in anticipating, understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple priorities and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative group.
Excellent communicator both written and oral.
Strong presentation skills.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,800 - 148,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
