We are currently hiring for dependable and talented entry level Production Operators (Full Time & Part-Time for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts) at our plant located in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified for
• Maintain and report all production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data daily, per the requirements of the job assigned
• Understand and adhere to all job instructions for any production process for which the associate has been qualified on or is training on
• Observe and support all Sanoh-America safety, housekeeping, and conduct policies
• Understand and maintain all quality specifications for all production processes for which the associate has been qualified on or for which they are being trained on
• Train for additional production processes, as required by supervisor or designee
• Train other Sanoh-America associates on any production process, as required by supervisor or designee
• Other tasks may be required as directed by Management.

Work Hours & Environment:

Hours: Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 6:30a - 2:30p

2nd Shift: 2:30p – 10:30p

3rd Shift: 10:30p – 6:30a

• If Full-Time, must have the ability to work OT as required
• If Part-Time, associates are required to work less than 30 hours per week
• Our production facility is state of the art and climate controlled unlike many of the factories located in or around the Mount Vernon Area
• Personal Protective Equipment: Safety Glasses are the only requirements for our production environment (No steel toed boots, No hard hats/bump caps, No Respirators and No Masks)
• Dress Code: No uniforms are required. Shorts & T-Shirts are acceptable as long as they comply with Sanoh-America's Dress Code Policy

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Minimum Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Must have the ability to understand and follow simple instructions from supervisors and trainers
• Must be able to pass a controlled substance drug screen and background check
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
