Program Coordinator for DD in Lake and Geauga County $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Consumer Support Services, Inc. is trusted in communities throughout Ohio as a provider of housing and support services to people with disabilities. We have a long history of empowering individuals, by working in partnership with their families or guardians to be responsive to their loved one's specific needs. We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Program Coordinator for our DD programs in the Lake and Geauga County areas. The Program Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential programs, including but not limited to supervision, training staff, and a strong emphasis on client needs. College degree in Human Service related field preferred, one-year supervisory experience in the DD field as well as 3-years of experience working with the DD population preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department including, but not limited to: Budgetary guidelines, Consumer satisfaction, Consumer programming, Staffing, On-call services, Management of local county staff, Management of personnel issues.

Requirements:
College Degree in Human Services field preferred
Proof of insurance
Valid/Clean Ohio driver’s license required
Must have experience supervising DD programs
Clean background required & Pre-employment drug testing
