Spruce Peak Management, an affiliate of Corebridge Financial, is the developer of Spruce Peak, Vermont’s most elevated luxury slope-side community. Located at the base of Stowe Mountain Resort, Spruce Peak has been the number one luxury community in the northeast, with over 500 homeowners and members. Spruce Peak offers luxury single-family homes, incredibly well-appointed townhomes and condominiums that exude an elevated Vermont aesthetic. Spruce Peak is the center of mountain culture in the east with opportunities to eat, drink, relax, play, and live. It’s the home of the Lodge at Spruce Peak — the impressive and renowned hotel — and a members-only club with a refined and elegant 20,000 square-foot clubhouse.

We are seeking a Project Manager, to manage the day-today aspects of several development projects at Spruce Peak and throughout Stowe, including single-family luxury homes under construction, community amenities/retail under predevelopment, large scale golf community development and mixed-use planning/development. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and ambitious development projects in the resort industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to predevelopment work, including permitting, pricing and planning
  • Assist with prospect and new owner orientation/questions
  • Complete daily construction quality assurance inspections
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings and provide feedback based on constructability and cost criteria
  • Manage renovations and repairs to existing facilities, retail spaces and residences

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction workeragement, architectural or engineering position
  • A team player with experience working among exceptional professionals and sophisticated clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently and manage vendors and processes with limited oversight
  • Someone with strong knowledge of excel, revit or CAD, and project management scheduling software
  • A leader with exceptional communication skills who can effectively execute correspondence and in-person discussions with high-net-worth clients and on-the-ground tradespeople
