Quality Control Manager

Pay rate: $25 to $30 PH DOE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain AS9100 with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Inspect final product to ensure that the quality requirements are achieved.
• Verify that documentation including sales orders, worksheets, travelers, inspection reports, CERTS, labels, stamps, packing, packing slips, etc., is correct.
• Manage customer complaints, investigate non-conformance and documentation issues, maintain customer relations regarding quality. Track performance.
• Perform First Article (FA) checks and complete documentation on all new products / tools.
• Establish an internal audit system and conduct audits to the standards, procedures, and processes.
• Manage vendor quality with receiving inspection, investigate incoming material issues and certs. Quarantine suspect materials. Communicate with suppliers on quality issues, track performance.
• Analysis and complete REACH-RoHS, Prop 65 compliance documentation.
• Support and promote Quality policies with team members. Be the driver of continuous improvement.

Specific Experience and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Quality Control Inspector
• Previous Supervising or Management experience
• Aerospace background preferred
• Bilingual - English and Spanish required
• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and written skills with the ability to get along with diverse personalities and cultures
• Knowledge of Quality Control tool (e.g., calipers, comparator, hardness tester, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Quality control: 3 years (Required)
• Supervising: 3 years (Required)
