Real Estate Fund Placement Agent

We are seeking a Capital Raiser / Fund Placement Agent to match qualified investors with our available funds. Qualified leads are provided, but this position requires someone who is not afraid to prospect as well. You must have experience selling investments and think and act like an entrepreneur.

Responsibilities

• Work as an intermediary between the AJX Funds and investors providing capital
• Utilize skills as a capital introduction professional to facilitate relationships between qualified investors and the fund management team
• Foster and promote positive investor relations long-term
• Prepare and distribute private placement memorandum (a “PPM”) to potential investors
• Aid in drafting communications such as press releases or investor updates, and similar activities
• Formulating targeting strategy

Skills

• Demonstrable record of a very high integrity sales career
• Previous experience selling investments
• Experience cold calling and prospecting, or have significant existing relationships
• CFA, CFP, CIMA or other advanced degree/designation highly preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in economics or a related discipline
• 1 year of professional experience in finance
• Current Series 22 and Series 63 Licenses, or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire

Compensation

• Per Transaction Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
