This is a Work From Home position. Must have experience working from home and have a quiet dedicated workspace.

Compensation:$60,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:At Abundance4all your primary responsibilities will be:
Keep CRM up to date with the latest developments and new client research information.- Follow key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis, to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.
- Make offers and close deals.
- Be an expert dealmaker and negotiator.
- Nurture ALL seller relationships.
- Set follow-up appointments.
- Managing deals from start to finish.
- Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, etc.
- Handle all incoming calls, texts and emails. Refer or respond (as required).
- Provide management with End of Day Report(s).
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- At least 8-9+ months of sales experience over the PHONE OR DOOR-TO-DOOR.
- Great communicator - able to build rapport with people.
- Self-starter.
- Goal-oriented and driven.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
- Committed to the growth of yourself and the company.
- Confident - somebody who's had some success and experience and has lots of self-confidence.
- Coachable - can you listen to feedback and adjust accordingly?
- Effective listener - Can detect the motivating factors critical to the seller to create a value-for-value solution.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Extreme discipline to work from home in a virtual team environment.
- Organizational skills.
- Must be quick and efficient with today's cloud apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
