At Abundance4all your primary responsibilities will be:

• 
  Keep CRM up to date with the latest developments and new client research information.
• Follow key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis, to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.
• Make offers and close deals.
• Be an expert dealmaker and negotiator.
• Nurture ALL seller relationships.
• Set follow-up appointments.
• Managing deals from start to finish.
• Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, etc.
• Handle all incoming calls, texts and emails. Refer or respond (as required).
• Provide management with End of Day Report(s).
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

• At least 8-9+ months of sales experience over the PHONE OR DOOR-TO-DOOR.
• Great communicator - able to build rapport with people.
• Self-starter.

We are a solutions-based real estate investment company. We specialize in providing solutions to homeowners wishing to sell their property quickly when a traditional selling situation is not right for them.
