We are in search of an administrative assistant for our top-ranking real estate team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond”, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. $14 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
  • Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
  • Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Perform administrative tasks such as participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, speaking with customers, answering phones, taking minutes, etc
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • Real estate license preferred
