Job description

• Seeking a full time Greensboro Real Estate Photographer to start mid February. I'm looking for a long term team member with desire for evolving responsibilities and pay raises based on performance. We're a small Triad based team that works together remotely.
• Main duties will be Photography, Drone Photography, and 3D Tours.
• Candidate must live in the Greensboro area and should be expecting to stay around for the forseeable future. I'm looking for a long term photographer to anchor the Greensboro area.
• Pay will be $15/hour for training (about 2 weeks full time), $20/h when independent, then $25/h once proficient with minimal feedback. Within a year you may be salaried once its certain you're a good fit.
• The work is done at different locations remotely, driving to scheduled homes/properties to photograph them and then editing the photos later. Every day will be different, only appointment times remain the same. Sometimes you will be interacting with clients and homeowners, sometimes you will be alone.
• All photo equipment and a laptop computer for editing will be provided. Candidate will receive hands on training and then work independently when ready.
• The job is built to be low stress and predictable, creating a smooth environment for photographers and clients.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

- Drivers license and reliable vehicle

- Physically capable of walking around homes and properties several times a day

- Social personality and ability to interact with clients and homeowners

- Sumbit to background check

PRIORITIZED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

- FAA 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

- Drone Flight Experience

- Understanding of digital photography and ability to operate a DSLR in full manual mode.

- Experience with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop

Responsibilities

• Driving to appointments in Greensboro, High point, Kernersville areas
• Photographing the house/property (about 30 photos per house)
• Editing photos for delivery next day (editing location is flexible)
• Other admin/logistical tasks that can be done remotely
• Figuring out new ways to increase efficiency and better serve clients, and being rewarded for it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
