Due to a high volume of customer inquiries, we need to hire a Receptionist / Business Development Representative for our Service Department. We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven candidate who can make an immediate impact in our dealership. We strive to be the best and are looking for someone with the same mindset.

Responsibilities – Receptionist / Representative:

  • Greet customers and inquire as to their needs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone activity, providing world-class service on every interaction
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Direct customers to product information resources
  • Handle all Internet sales and service inquiries personally
  • Will be responsible for inbound phone calls and a high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently, and responding to inquiries


Requirements - Receptionist / Representative:

  • Dealership Experience preferred, but not required
  • Telephone or retail sales and customer service is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Task-oriented
  • Needs a great phone voice
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS!!!
