Responsibilities of a RN/LPN:

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

Qualifications for a RN:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
• RN licensure in the state of Florida (or NLC) required.
• CPR Certification Required

Qualifications for an LPN:

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Active CPR Certification.

Pay Range for LPN: up to $31hr- depending on experience and shift differential included

Pay Range for RN: up to $35hr-depending on experience and shift differential included

Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehab 200 Mariner Health Way, St Augustine Florida 32086 ,is a 120 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
