Job Title: Rehab RN
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Salary: $68/hr - $2448 Weekly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated registered nurse to work in our rehabilitation center in Fayetteville, NC. The Rehab RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages who are recovering from injury or illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and provide ongoing support and resources.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality improvement and safety programs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehab nursing or other clinical experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize patient care
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and computer skills required
