Job Description
The Resin Design Artist will learn to produce resin keepsakes with flowers in both pressed and freeze-dried forms. Must be artistic with a knowledge of composition and color. Attention to quality and detail is important as well as the ability to multitask. Floral design and resin experience are helpful, but not required for the right candidate. If you have a flair for design and learning new techniques, we want to talk to you!

Objectives & Responsibilities of this Role

● Maintain a high level of detail and quality
● Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
● Maintain and execute quality design work
● Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining conscious of deadlines
● Operate as a team player with a motivated and positive attitude
● Keep track of orders in production as well as the pipeline to stay on track for project deadlines
● Maintain a clean and safe working environment
● Follow directions of the owner and managers to put out a quality product

Skills and Qualifications

● Floral experience preferred but not required
● Resin experience preferred
● Knowledge of composition and color

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
