FULL-TIME Retail Sales Associate/Receptionist – ZYLSTRA HARLEY-DAVIDSON-AMES, IA

As the Retail Sales Associate/Receptionist you will be responsible for building and developing solid customer and interdepartmental relations.

Major Responsibilities

· Build and develop solid customer clientele and promote repeat business.

· Maintain an appealing and inviting retail environment by identifying customer needs/wants.

· Follow the department guidelines to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

· Promote a family experience for all customers.

· Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner.

· Communicate with customers any sales promotions and/or new merchandise.

· Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.

· Promote a professional team environment and support for co-workers.

· Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, dust free and appealing to customers.

· Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity.

· Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

· Experience in retail environment.

· Self-motivated/self-starter

· Exceptional customer service skills, with high energy and upbeat positive attitude.

· Must have the ability to get along with a wide customer base.

· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

· Computer literate with typing skills and open to learning new software and computer programs.

· Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone.
