Requirements:

- Current Iowa license
- Master or Doctorate in Nursing
- If your Master's/Doctorate is in a field other than nursing, you must have a BSc or BA in Nursing.
- 5+ years experience in an administrative position in a large, complex healthcare organization
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple disciplines to ensure effective healthcare operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing services and ensure effective healthcare operations
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to nursing staff.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Other duties as assigned
