Our dedicated and supportive team partner with each child’s loved ones and Seattle Children’s to provide care for up to eight children in our idyllic Woodinville home.

The nursing ratio is never more than 4 to 1 and each nurse has a dedicated CNA to partner in the delivery of care.

Pay Range and other compensation:

· $33 - $56.28 per hour (Pay based on experience, hours per pay period, and shift)

· $3000 Signing Bonus

· Per Diem Rate of 12% (for employees hired as per diem)

· Shift and Weekend Differentials

· Holiday pay at time and a half that includes 8 holidays

Job Summary:

The RN/LPN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing skilled nursing care to residents utilizing the nursing care process functioning within the scope of practice as defined by the state. The nurse determines priorities of care and performs care safely, compassionately, and competently as according to Children’s Country Home’s policies and procedures.

Abbreviated Job Description:

· Administer medications

· Perform trach care CPT, cough assist and suctioning

· Perform G-tube care and administer feeds

· Provide skilled nursing care

Requirements:

  • Current WA State RN or LPN license
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
  • Current Food Handler’s Permit
  • Required immunizations (COVID, Flu, TDaP) and TB screening

Beneficial (but not required):

· Pediatric experience

· Trach and ventilator experience

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $33.00 - $56.28 per hour
