We are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator for the Courtyard Marriott Austin Pflugerville, Pflugerville TX. The Courtyard Austin Pflugerville is an award winning hotel, newly built in the heart of growing north Austin, close to Texas Hill Country, with over 20,000sqft. of modern flexible venue space.

Position Details:
To support and assist the hotel sales team on a daily basis by being the first contact for incoming calls, walk ins, and inquires. Being the voice and face of the hotel representing a brand designed by business travelers for business travel. This position supports a sales team of six sales managers with five unique markets. This position is a key role in the sales process for booking the hotel event spaces in addition to managing group blocks, coordinating events in our bar & restaurant, and driving financial results from a sales perspective.
* Must be able to multitask in a face paced environment
* Must be proficient in office 365 products, social media apps, and computer skills
* Understanding of Marriott systems preferred
* Understanding of FOSSE PMS preferred
* Experience in Delphi or CI/TY is a plus
* Must be well versed in grammar with the ability to speak clearly, write & compose emails, and draft social media posts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
