Responsible for creating and securing sales with home/residential parties, schools, churches, companies, and any other parties and events. Be able to perform functions to secure new business accounts and service existing accounts.

Oversee team of 10+ within the entire organization.

Basic duties include, answering phone calls, processing order, customer service, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Prior managerial experience of 1 year required.

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish

- Prior experience in a customer service retail environment
- Retail experience in high volume company a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility in schedule must include Holiday, Night, and Weekend shifts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Driving sales with sales team.
- Driving exceptional results in sales office and operations warehouse.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
- Attain personal sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Contribute to a fun, full-service shopping experience for our clients.
- Proven track record of building customer relationships and developing return business.
- Run front desk and warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
