Job Title: Sales Representative - Custom Cabinetry, Cabinet Refacing, Interior Painting
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling our custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, and interior painting services. This is a commission-based role, with unlimited earning potential, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and contacting potential clients through various sales channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including designers, builders, and installers, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous experience selling custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, or interior painting required, but a passion for sales and a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
