Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are excited to announce our expansion into Seattle and are looking for an experienced sales trainer in the remodeling industry to join our award-winning team!

The sales trainer will be responsible for teaching sales hires our proven selling system and increase their overall sales efficiency. The sales trainer will provide class instruction, role-playing, and in the field training and part of a broad curriculum.
Responsibilities

• Experience in sales training in the remodeling industry 5+ years
• Experience in a sales role 3+ years
• Proven success as a trainer
• Manage and adapt to different personalities and learning styles
• Public speaking/teaching/training in a group setting
• Developing training content in a business setting
• Residential construction, remodeling or installation experience is preferred
• Background in managing/supervising staff

Qualifications

• Sales training in the home remodeling industry 4+ years
• Manage and adapt to different personalities and learning styles
• Multi-task and to be flexible/adjustable with a Positive Mental Attitude
• Uphold Team values: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration & Creativity Travel occasionally (less than 10%)
• Public speaking/teaching/training in a group setting
• Developing training content in a business setting
• Residential construction, remodeling or installation experience is preferred
• Background in managing/supervising staff
