Summary:
Roswell Park is seeking a Senior Faculty Recruitment Administrator to support their growing team.

This role is an essential part of our Talent Management team at Roswell Park. The incumbent will partner directly with our clinical and research department administration and leadership towards recruitment strategies, as well as providing exceptional support that delivers outstanding candidates and experiences across our NCI designated cancer center.

As a part of our Faculty and Executive Recruitment team, this position will require the following:

  • Experience and self-motivation to run full-cycle recruitment processes
across open requisitions
  • Resourceful: Utilization of online job boards, career events, social media and competitive intelligence to identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates
  • High level of business acumen and professionalism within all communications
  • Proactive approach towards problem solving and phenomenal time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and are constantly curious, seeking out new ways of working with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide detailed, insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and leadership
  • Excels in working in a collaborative, innovative and dynamic culture
  • Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems, specialized job boards and enterprise HRIS systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The specific responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Working independently to source, identify, qualify and deliver candidates for an assigned client group; including faculty and executive tiered positions, using a variety of creative recruiting methods
  • Partnering with hiring managers and Department Administration to identify and clarify job specifications in order to generate candidates and develop recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and candidate pipeline growth
  • Establishing and building effective relationships across the business and within Talent Management/HR as well as influencing recruitment processes and strategies
  • Identifying and engaging with pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience for future open positions
  • Handling candidate activity within the WorkDay applicant tracking system (ATS); and engaging in direct sourcing / alternate recruiting methods to identify a diverse slate of candidates for your open requisitions

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the healthcare or life sciences industries with minimally the following:

1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field; or
3. High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
