Senior Sales Support Representative
Job description
Incumbent in this positional will have end-to-end ownership of the sales deal creation and approval process. This is a pivotal liaison position working with sales team to craft and track financial deal proposals to ensure accurate and optimal representation within the financial approval chain. Ensure KPIs for individual sales opportunities align with strategic financial goals
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare financial deal proposals based on direction and feedback from Sales team covering the primary lines of business (Gaming Operations, EGM Sales, Table Games, Utilities, and Systems)
- Maintain queue of deals in the proposal and approval process with Salesforce
- Solicit and record specific customer needs to customize ideal proposals while adhering to LnW’s operating KPIs and strategic vision
- Act as advocate for sales team to help ensure high deal approval rates
- Create and innovate on financial templating to continually improve financial story telling process to and better streamline review / approval process.
- Prepare and shares deal summary reporting and trends to leadership team as well as best practices and process improvement opportunities.
- Help oversee commercial execution of large, business-impacting deals to ensures customer’s expectations are met or exceeded.
- Support operational management team with special projects and ad hoc requests that require financial and operational analysis.
- Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field or its equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Skill in building trusting relationships and partnerships throughout the organization
- Ability to multi-task, use good judgment to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work under pressureStrong verbal and written communication skills
- Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, keeps management informed of activities and able to identify when to engage management for key decisions
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand multiple business lines and identify where cross-departmental opportunities exist, comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience using Saleforce CRM is a plus
- Gaming industry experience is a plus
