Social Media Coordinator
Job description

Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary role in the planning, development, and execution of social media marketing strategies—including content calendar creation and management—across multiple product brands.
· Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
· Monitor online activity across departments to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools are following established guideline and best-practice rules.
· Review analytics and create report on key metrics.
· Collaboratively work with other members of Communications and Marketing departments to produce materials such as corporate presentations and email marketing messages for internal departments and the company’s sales force that encompass thousands of independent Distributors.
· Assist in writing, editing, and proofing a variety of documents including product catalogs, promotional materials (e.g., brochures, fliers, ads, postcards, etc.), sales tools, corporate website, email templates, training manuals, and other internal and external marketing communications.
· Serve as a member of the planning committee for company’s annual convention by providing creative insight, developing promotions, and contributing to the overall implementation of convention themes and messaging.
· Travels as necessary for assignments, including attending events such as the company’s annual convention, to produce live social media content.
Requirements:
· Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
· One + years of social media experience, preferably with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Experience with additional social media platforms would be a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
· Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
· Positive, professional, and outgoing disposition.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
· Demonstrate the ability to create and manipulate graphics for various channels outlined above.
· Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
· Flexibility to work effectively, both independently and with teammates.
