Marketing & Enterprise Analytics
The Marketing and Enterprise Analytics leader job directs all marketing, communications, and brand strategy for TIAA Kaspick. This job contributes to the customization of marketing messages, media channels, and strategies with the objective of maximizing brand voice and product appeal. In addition this role will lead an analytics function that will be responsible for enhancing the use of advanced analytics across Marketing and other functions. This job manages a team of professionals and owns policy and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Guides the development and implementation of marketing strategies relating to advertising, informational webinars and blogs, direct marketing, public events, promotions and business customer relationship building, and builds third party partner/vendor relationships.
• 
  Architects and implements the strategic design vision and direction that will ensure brand continuity expression across all consumer touch points, and coordinates all design aspects of brand identity development as it applies to visual communication.
• 
  Partners with the President, TIAA Kaspick, to promote the organization's mission, brand, and strategy at industry forums, client events / meetings and other internal / external forums, including developing communication strategy.
• 
  Oversees the development of advanced customer and enterprise analytics to support marketing and business operations.
• 
  Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Base Pay Range: $135,000/yr. - $225,000/yr.
