Senior E-Commerce Manager

As senior e-commerce manager on the Anyday Team, you will be responsible for spearheading website and email conversion rate optimization by ideating and executing data-driven designs with customer-first UI/UX, ensuring customers reach checkout with minimal barriers, and always thinking strategically on how to capture new customers, maximize customer retention, and increase AOV through website and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

  • Spearhead the design and execution of data-driven designs to continuously improve CRO on website, landing pages, CTAs, etc. When a change is proposed, be able to back it up with reasons as to why
  • Manage web developer to ensure designs are coded correctly and cost-effectively
  • Research competitor websites, compile and action best practices that are most applicable to Anyday

Website Strategy and Optimization

  • Lead the strategy and tactics on converting new customers, maximizing customer retention, and increasing AOV
  • Report on what is working and not working for CRO on cookanyday.com
  • Master CRO tools such as GA and Microsoft Clarity
  • Manage external partners to conduct successful A/B tests and implement learnings.
  • Analyze and present results and implement winning combinations to demonstrate month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter conversion rate improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on channels such as blogs, emails, social media, etc to optimize each conversion path.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to align online activity with broader campaign initiatives.
  • Continuously keep up-to-date on new CRO tools and best UI/UX practices/

Email Design

  • Work with the marketing team to execute on-brand campaign designs
  • Import and set up campaigns and flows in Klaviyo

Automated Email Strategy and Optimization

  • Spearhead strategies and tactics for flows to optimize conversion and customer retention via a/b testing and analyzing flow performance in a regular cadence.
  • Provide insight and strategy on what works well in attracting, engaging, and delighting different segments of our subscriber list (for both flows and campaigns)
  • Manage external email optimization partners to implement and oversee any new findings and suggestions.
