Job Summary
Summary:
At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and control software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers. Our talented worldwide teams are transforming PV plant performance every day with smart technology, data monitoring and analysis services.
This role will be based in Fremont and will report into the head of talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for roles in engineering, supply chain, operations, sales, finance, legal, IT and other functional areas
  • Promote D&I initiatives for all related recruiting activities and ensure candidate slates include diverse candidates
  • Collaborate with other HR leaders
  • Manage candidate activity in Nextracker Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday
  • Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc.).
  • Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
  • Follow up to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and secrecy.
  • Build candidate relationships to foster positive candidate experience as well as future pipeline.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare job offer components.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations and requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree with 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy
Pay Range (Applicable to California)
$114,300.00 USD - $157,100.00 USD Annual
