About Ian's Pizza

On Halloween of 2001, we opened our first shop in Madison, WI. Mac n' cheese pizza was basically unheard of back then (sources not cited), and we were blasting Emo tunes like the angsty young'uns we were. But it's 2023, and our little restaurant franchise is all grown up now!

We now have 9 shops total between Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, and Seattle. Pies are flying out of our ovens for lunch crowds, dinner rushes, and late-night munchies. We prioritize our people and communities, recognizing that without them, we're nothing! Between the collaborations with local nonprofits and our career opportunities and benefits, we are constantly working on living up to our goal of being the People's Pizza.

Stadium Concessions Team Member Job Duties and Expectations

You'll be serving customers at American Family Field during Brewer's games and other on-site events! You'll take slice orders, finish baking the slices, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and ring people up at the register. Cleaning and keeping things stocked is also a big part of working "the stand". You can also opt into other off-site events like weddings, brewery pop-ups, Wisconsin Center events, etc!

Here's what you need to be a success at Ian's...

• Learn what to prioritize and when to ask for help.
• Communicate well and often. Treat everyone with respect and great service.
• Keep busy even when no one is watching to get the job done.
• Arrive on time, ready to go, and follow through on tasks. We're depending on you!
• Practice generosity with your time and positive energy.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• Must be 16+ to apply.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.

Scheduling

This is not your typical 9-5. Shifts are during Brewer's home games and during additionally scheduled events, like concerts, so weekend and evening availability is a must. Stadium events run from April through September/October, so if you have some time this summer and are looking for some extra cash, this is a great opportunity for you!

There's also tons of opportunity to change up your work environment, if you are interested! We also have regular pop-ups at breweries, weddings and beyond. Offsite events either come with an $1/hour addition or very generous tips!

Wages and Other Benefits

The hourly wage is $11/hour, and you get tips on top of that! In our experience tips are very solid. Expect to earn $16-$31/hour with your base wage and tips.
