POSITION: Club Pilates Lafayette & Pleasant Hill are currently seeking energetic, focused, and fun individuals looking to make your favorite workout place into your favorite work place. Our Studio Operations and Sales Associate are part of a dynamic team that assists with new membership sales, member service, and studio operations. OVERVIEW: The Studio Operations and Sales Associate assists with new membership sales by inviting new members to the studio and booking them into intro classes, as well as supporting studio operations and existing membership retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship and targeting the individual’s needs
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Participate in networking and community events to promote the studio
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in all aspects of studio operations (memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training)
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
• Must have excellent public speaking skills
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use our fitness software system
