Jimmy John's Sandwiches is a beloved fast-casual restaurant chain that serves delicious and fresh sandwiches, salads, and sides. As a rapidly growing small business in Charleston, SC, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members/Sandwich Artists.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Answer customer questions about products and menu items
• Perform register duties including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change
• Prepare food items including sandwiches, salads, and sides according to customer orders and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain food quality standards
• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with menu changes and promotions
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the store

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
