Title: Tier 2 Support Desk
Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, remote team member with Salesforce.com administrator experience who loves data and problem-solving to engage with our customers as a level 2 Helpdesk Technician.

Requirements:
- Critical thinker
- Troubleshooting / Helpdesk experience
- SQL (two years experience preferred)
- Salesforce.comAdministration (two years experience preferred)
- Good written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service
- Salesforce.comCertifications a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting client questions that may be linked to data syncing or third-party integrations to their Salesforce system
- Ability to develop and write SQL queries
- Install & implement AppExchange apps for clients
- Building of formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, etc.
- Manage assigned cases through our custom Salesforce CRM
