TeleWorld Solutions, owned by Samsung is seeking as an experienced Tower Foreman as we continue to rapidly grow. In this role you will be responsible to lead a tower crew in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communication towers and support structures at varying heights. NOTE: We are offering a Signing Bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Climbing and performing construction activities on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems and other tower mounted equipment.
- Must show expertise in safety, tower rigging and general construction skills.
- Experience as a Foreman with direct field supervision of tower crews.
- Passion for training and mentoring new crew members.
- Proactively recognizing safety hazards. Promote a culture of safety.
- Maintain superior quality control with your assigned crew and job sites.
- The ability to follow instructions to accomplish assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper use of company vehicles, credit cards and other assigned assets.
- Ability to climb tall structures (up to 400 feet) with 50 lb. load.
- Accountable for meeting project timelines and project deliverables.
- Highly experienced in site acceptance testing (PIM, VSWR, Optical testing)
- Strong communications skills, oral and written.
- Read construction drawings and be able to execute the scope of work.
- Complete customers close-out packages in a timely and accurate manner.
- The ability and willingness to lead and train other team members on proper work and safety procedures.
- Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tower climbing experience.
- 3+ years of management experience leading tower crews as a Foreman
- First aid certified, current authorized tower climber or competent climber and rescue certification.
- Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with the installation and maintenance of cabling, antennas, microwave dishes, and other tower mounted equipment. This includes new tower construction as well as tower modifications.
- Ability to be recertified though tower training program despite current certifications.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain DOT certification and/or CDL.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and subject to random drug screening throughout employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
