SUMMARY
The Vice President,Media Sales is responsible for overseeing media sales across all platforms associated with the PFL. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, strategic, and hands-on market maker and revenue generator.
This candidate should be a self-motivator who thrives in a high-energy environment, embraces teamwork and has a passion for creative selling strategies. The ideal candidate will increase the sponsorship revenue and market share as well as create conceptual opportunities in the marketplace in order to grow the national business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategy, planning, pricing, inventory management and sales for PFL’s controlled media inventory across linear networks (ESPN), digital partner platforms (FUBOtv), PFL Fast Channel, PFL digital and social channels and third party digital and social platforms
- Sell media and fully integrated brand partnerships tied to PFL’s live global franchises including: PFL Challenger Series, PFL League Season, PFL Pay Per View Super Fights, PFL Europe, PFL MENA and other PFL international regional leagues
- Ensure PFL is well represented in covering the sports media planning and buying agency marketplace as well as selling PFL advertising and media partnerships directly to brands
- Partner with PFL Head of Brand and Digital to create strategic content and commercial deals that expand PFL’s distribution, promotion, and media inventory
- Strong executive presence with experience working directly with C-Level Executives
- Experience in consultative and marketing leadership positions, working closely with consumer data, trends, and behavioral analysis
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the nuances and complexity of sponsorship sales and how to work successfully within a high-performance environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced working environment with a strong attention to detail
- Works cooperatively with other PFL departments to help achieve overall company goals
- Ability to understands and demonstrate the importance of both individual and team performance
- 12+ years of media sales experience
- Proven commercial executive with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals
- Previous experience successfully closing multiple complex media deals
- A substantial experience set in acquiring and satisfying sponsorship partners with deep client and agency side relationships
- Must possess a significant number of established relationships at senior levels at Client Direct and Agencies
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and negotiate creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- International experience is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
