As a Warehouse Assembly Lead you will set up jobs for you and the team.

Warehouse Assembly Lead Pay: $18.00/hour plus $1/hour shift differential for 2 nd or 3 rd shift.
Base Hours Choose a shift that works for you. Monday – Friday. Evenings 2 nd shift 3pm-11pm OR Nights 3 rd shift 11pm-7am, overtime as needed.

$1000 Sign on Bonus. $500/1st full pay period, $200/6 months, $300/1 year.

• As a Warehouse Lead, you will:
• Set-up jobs for you and your team
• Work and run small machinery – i.e. shrink wrap, labeler
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Train new workers to required job tasks
• Complete production and productivity paperwork
• Ensure quality of product through your line
• Oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs
• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor.
• Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed
• No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.

Qualifications:

• Job requires the ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
• You’ll be standing or walk for the entire duration of your shift
