Form Services, Inc. has several openings for Warehouse Associates.

Responsibilities include:

· Pulling customer orders accurately and efficiently

· Stocking inventory

· Loading and unloading company/customer trucks

· General warehouse duties

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· At least 1 year of Warehouse experience

· Forklift experience is a plus

Pre-employment drug testing is required and all employees are subjected to random drug testing.
