Job description

-Outreach, recruitment, marketing, and administration of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program and Job Center services to Youth Job Center customers in both Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties
-Perform case management functions with both In school and out of School youth populations
WIOA program screening and eligibility determination
-Assist customers in identifying and applying for training programs
-Develop, create, and update customer employability plans
-Administer assessment tests and explain results to WIOA clients
-Completion of WIOA related paperwork, reports, and computer tracking
-Organize, develop, and present workshops and seminars on employment related topics focused for clients
-Network and coordinate with Job Center partner agencies, community service organizations, training providers, and employers to maximize customer resources and refer customers to resources as necessary
-Work with customers to develop, write, and/or critique resumes. Provide job search assistance
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
