Salary*:
$65,000 - $90,000 base plus commission

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas of software products and professional services for assigned accounts throughout customer lifecycle; report to Sales Director
- Identify sales opportunities, create statements of work and quotes, and drive to close
- Build and strengthen account relationships into long-term, trusted partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of the offerings portfolio to continually upsell and cross-sell
- Develop working knowledge and vocabulary of Office 365 and Azure cloud platforms
- Understand DIB Cybersecurity regulations (NIST) in relation to Microsoft licensing and services
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for all account issues and escalations
- Follow and execute established sales processes for sales operations, project handoffs, etc.
- Record sales activities in CRM according to company process using best practice data hygiene
- Organize regular client meetings to qualify new opportunities and ensure customer success
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent company, support marketing efforts, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- BS degree in relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, or Marketing or High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience is required
- Minimum five years of work experience with account management, a customer-facing role, or sales procurement
- Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to work well in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system
- Desire to learn and understand Cybersecurity regulations and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
- Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written/email communication skills
- Travel; estimated up to 10%
- All candidates MUST BE a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check
