BridgeWater at Janesville is an Assisted-Living & Memory Care community where we care for up to 12 elders per home.

The Assisted Living Aide position is responsible for administering medications, providing personal care and designated health related services to maintain and/or increase the elder’s physical and emotional well-being.

We are currently offering a $1,200 Hiring Bonus (Ask manager for details)!

We are looking to hire for Full-Time & Part-Time shifts. All shifts include every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities/Job Description

· Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks

· Assists Elders with personal cares including but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting and transfers/lifts.

· Observes Elders and report changes in status to Nurse

· Occasional Housekeeping and assisting with activities

Enjoy working with the elder population is a must!

Previous experience working in senior care preferred but not required.
