SB Rental Management -- A local small business managing rental properties in South Bend seeks a construction helper for a full time position. no experience or tools required.

Qualifications

-Drivers License and reliable transportation to work

-Ability to lift heavy items

-Ability to work Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Pick up and deliver materials to job site

-Keep Job site clean and organized

-Painting, Caulking, mowing lawns, and power washing (no exp needed)

The starting wage for this position is $20/per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Francisco, CA 94123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
