A DAY IN THE LIFE!
Daily, you will focus on ensuring our drivers’ trucks stay up & running with minimal downtime. You will collaborate with your team to help complete driver-reported problems & assist in the re-seat process. Each week, we bring in new drivers & are responsible for getting their new trucks serviced, repaired, & inspected in a timely manner.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair & perform maintenance on Peterbilt, Mack, & International Semi-Trucks.
- Complete preventative maintenance on trucks such as oil changes, filters, etc.
- Conduct annual DOTs after two-years tenure.
- Assist in ensuring the shop remains safe, clean, & organized.
- Utilize our maintenance system to enter repair orders to track work history & time.
YOUR SKILLSET
- Proven experience working on heavy equipment.
- A background in running & understanding diagnostics.
- Ample experience with power & hand tools.
- Strong problem solving & communication skills.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) experience working on heavy equipment.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in the transportation industry preferred.
SALARY & SCHEDULE
- $20 - $29 per hour, decided on experience.
- Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends Available (Shift Differential), Overtime Eligible.
