This position will work closely with the functional teams supporting the entire company on programs including Leave of Absence, Unemployment, Benefits compliance tracking and HR reporting through use of various systems.Responsibilities
- Inputs data into the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) modules including, but not limited to, HCM, compensation, and benefits, and verifies accuracy of data
- Collaborates with vendors, local human resources, benefits and payroll research to facilitate and monitor the leave process and any issues
- Monitors unemployment system and coordinates with local human resources to facilitate timely responses
- Provides regular reports across functions and locations such as open jobs, overtime, turnover
- Identifies improvement opportunities to standardize and streamline reports and distribution
- Audits information for benefits compliance such as hours reporting
- Processes medical support orders, wellness benefits, and other necessary benefit items
- Assists with processing various payouts such as seasonal bonuses
- Researches and responds to inquiries falling within scope of job duties
Education/Experience
- High school degree or GED
- Clerical/Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent data entry skills
- Experience working with complex information systems- Kronos, Workday and/or other similar systems experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality required
