Achieve Integrative Health is the largest acupuncture clinic in the Austin Metro. For 15 years we have helped thousands of people reduce their pain, increase their energy & vitality, get back on the dance floor, have babies, and make their Life Great Again. We were able to achieve these phenomenal results by integrating Acupuncture with modern technology and therapies. We are in the process of building 6 clinics in the Austin Metro.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Front Desk Associate's primary responsibilities are to increase patient satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention and loyalty among patients. You will work with patients by phone, email and text to support patients in various aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check-in and Check-out patients, accept payments
- Perform Office Tour
- Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone
- Manage Inventory
- Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
- Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
- Ensuring patients have a VIP experience in our clinic
- Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
- Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
- Maintain front office cleanliness like the lobby of a 5 star hotel
- Possibly assist acupuncturist with thermal scans, blood pressure, temperature check, eye exams, video recording, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Competencies and Education:
- Must have Great Energy, Great Workethic and a GREAT SMILE!
- high school diploma required, no experience required, we value candidates who share our core values over experience

- you must have a Desire to help a ton of people with their health goals and change their lives
- We are not looking for Medical Office Experience, we are looking for the candidate that shares our core values, and can follow a recipe of Success. The ability to follow instructions is the #1 skill we require, everything else we will train you on.

Full-Time Schedule = Mon (8:19am-1:30pm, 2pm-6pm) + Tue to Thu (8:19am-1pm, 2pm-6pm) + Friday (8:19am-12pm)
Part-Time Schedule = Monday (12:30-6:30pm), Tue-Thu (1pm-6:30pm)
