About us

Breach Escape Games has been creating revolutionary escape experiences since 2016. We are seeking new game masters to lead client groups through our two escape rooms at our Lake Forest/Irvine location, as well as offsite events with The Escape Bus. This role would have the following responsibilities:

• Welcome customers at the front desk of our office
• Present the story and rules of their chosen escape room (Secrets in Suburbia, Red Door Toys, or Grand Theft Galaxy)
• Monitor them on our cameras during their experience, providing clear clues when needed
• After training, have knowledge of all the puzzles and inner-workings of our escape rooms
• When in office, answer calls from customers, handle scheduling with online software, and accept payment over the phone or in person
• Some light janitorial work

The ideal candidate would possess the following traits:

• Good public speaking abilities with loud and clear communication
• A love of games, puzzles, or experiential entertainment
• Drive to make a customer's time memorable through excitement, upbeat attitude, attentiveness, positivity, and all around good customer service.
• Responsiveness, ability to take direction well, a can-do attitude, and interest in going above and beyond for the betterment of their workplace and customer's experience.
• Good telephone skills
• Some light cleaning ability
• Some basic maintenance abilities

Otherwise, no special skills are required.

Schedule is primarily weekends (about 11:30 to 8pm Saturdays, with some overtime, and afternoon/evening Sundays). Weekday and Friday availability would be per your schedule, availability, and desired hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
